The best steak I've had in a while and the service was great!

Fast, professional, pleasant customer service. Fresh food served piping hot. Great food presentation!!!

Order online for curbside pick-up. The lady bringing the food out was very nice and helpful. Food was ready on time. My only problem was that I ordered a medium rare steak and it was cooked uneven and more on the medium side.

Ive had different experiences here every time. The last time I came though a party of 6 got seated before me and I was there with my party of 6 before them. I let it slide but it went downhill quickly. We waited for our food for over an hour. Once we finally said we were leaving our food magically appeared. After a party of 8 who had been there less than 30 minutes had food and complimentary chips and salsa. During our hour wait the waitress checked on us a couple times and kept saying it was coming and several random waitresses brought food asking if we ordered (insert 4 random things) that we had not. Once we got our food (which was cold) a manager came and talked to us. She was the saving grace for us coming back. She comped our entire meal including drinks. We will be back simply because of her.

Service was very good and food was well prepared! I just thought they were a little pricey on their food, especially the sides!

We have visited applebees in many locations and this was one of the better ones. Stopped in for a quick lunch and had good food and and pleasant service. We would certainly go back.

Location is still relatively new. Lunch specials and happy hour are great

Ive been there several times trying to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt.. The food has not been cooked properly. The salads are warm and the main course was cold. The beverages were warm.. Ive Never complained.. But I thought things may have gotten better. I was wrong.. 😟

Horendous, poor service,wrong food served from ordered, extremly pricy 30 bucks for soup and salad, no acceptence of responsibility by management

Service was very slow even though there was not a large number of people there. Son got one of the chicken bowls and it looked more like soup. You could tell the food has been sitting under food warmer for a while. The plates were very hot but not the food

Never again coming to this place. I was waiting for almost two hours for my order. And it was not right. Totally unacceptable.

Rude Rude very Rude. This my 3 vist to this applebees and each time i come i seem to get bad service. Eating out is a is a luxary,but i but say this applebess is very bad service. The lady camento take my order and came me a nasty menu,i ask for a new one she said it was a new one but it had a stain on it and itwas folded up. Smh is this how you treat your guest ,some customer training o n service is need at this applebees...

Why does it take almost an hour to get food? Group was 11. Server was excellent but to get something out of the kitchen is rediculas. Even with smaller groups. Food was ok. One had burnt meat the server said it was because of using cast iron plate. Sad.

Glad I stumbled across this location; not too many sit-down spots in the area. Seated quickly and waitress was friendly, perhaps could've been little more personable, but we all have "off days." Silverware visibly dirty, but quickly replaced once I pointed out. Ordered a virgin frozen drink (Miami Vice) - it was delicious and not too icy. Ordered grilled chicken bacon sandwich with fries and it was perfect. The server did check-in on me throughout my meal and got me my check quickly. Overall good experience - I'll be back!

The waitress was awesome but the cleanliness of the tables and the floors and restrooms were dirty. We had to ask for someone to clean our table.

First we waited about 15 minutes after being seated before we were greeted by our waitress. We ordered boneless wings, fries and a salad. We waited an hour for the simple meals to arrive at our table, with the salad being the last to arrive. The waitress did her best and apologized profusely for the wait time. I asked for the reason and she said the kitchen was short a cook. She seemed to be fairly new in her position. No one from management came by to check in with us during the very long wait.

Our server " Anna" was phenomenal. I had to the softest- moist juiciest - well done steak that I have ever had. The broccoli was steamed perfectly! I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and food!

We love hanging out. Yesterday we found this delicious restaurant which friends told us about. We had a delightful experience there with first-rate meal and a professional stuff and an impressive chief cook. We added this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will definitely come back soon. Highly recommended.

The Bartender Trinty is Awesome!!

Poor service. The waitress had an attitude and it took over 20 minutes to get our drinks. I would understand if they were busy, but there were very few people seated. Too bad, as food was great.

The atmosphere was so friendly and the food was great. Awesome staff also from management down through the busboy. Our server Javon was the greatest!

The food was excellent. I ordered a special of chicken with ravioli that comes with broccoli, chunky mashed potatoes, and a bread stick. The kids' meal is very nice, with lots of options and my kids enjoyed being able to choose from their own menu. The waitress was not very good. She was unenthused, inattentive, and even a little rude to the table behind us. She got my drink order incorrect, brought coke instead of water. The drink was no big deal, I just thought I should mention it. I would definitely return; I have never had food at an Applebee's that made the meal memorable, and chances are that we wouldn't have that waitress again. The restaurant was clean and other employees were very helpful. The women's bathroom is very nice and large.If you found this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up! Thanks!

Food and service was great. Oriental Chicken Salad my fav.

Went here after work me and hubby. Ordered two 2 for 25. Mozzarella sticks were our appetizers. Both plates were cold. We asked can we get some fresher food(as of we should have to ask for fresh food) and the food came back worse then the first time. Our waiter judged us before we could even order which sucks for her because we are big tippers. Go at your own risk but my advice is to find a better location that will treat you better.

Do not come when they are busy. They cannot handle it. Been here when it is slower and it’s ok. But, when busy you should expect long delays. Not talking about the wait to get seated. We got seated right away, then the wait starts. It was well over an hour before we got our food.

What can I say? It’s average. The food isn’t great but it’s food. The prices reflect the quality.

I ordered the bourbon street chicken with Crispy red potatoes and this is what they served me: some mildly boiled yellow potatoes with bland taste.I will not come back...

Some guys in a table close than us laughing out loud making a lot of noise more than normal, I mean I understand they are having relax but they are not alone and nobody from the restaurant told them anything. The food delicious, waitress very nice

Food is good. But is overpriced for portions. Love that they are open late though and they do have a 2 for $22 deal which is decent. Service does take time so have at least an hour If you go here. But overall not bad.

First time eating Applebee's and will never go back.. i ordered Applebee's online for curbside pickup.. sat in curbside pickup for 45 minutes and yet to still recieve my food.. or even be acknowledged that I was here.. so I will never go back after today and will tell everyone I know to do the same..

Took a while for someone to get our order, however when we did get a server, she was great. Very attentive to her job. Nice smile as well.

I ordered two meals and a kids meal & an appetizer yesterday. Checked in at the curbside pickup. Waited 30 min for the food! Just for the wings to be missing and the drink. We then get the food after a little longer, and my steak is supposed to medium rare and was WELL DONE and all fat. The onion rings were completely burnt to a crisp and hard as a hockey puck. I’ll never go back 🤢 there’s always an issue
